Yeah for me. But there is a downside. I can't move in until January. Yes, my parents fucked me over. Being 1500 miles away during this decision making process, I got so royally screwed it's not even funny. So, I am crazy upset to say the least. I could give a shit if the house is "quite cute", it should not have even been discussed since the people's new house won't be ready until January. I can't even think about it anymore.
